Danielle achieved her lifelong dream of becoming a qualified Physiotherapist at Monash University (Honours) in 2015. Since this time, she has gained a wide range of experiences working primarily in musculoskeletal private practices and the Aged Care sector. She is currently undertaking her Master’s degree in Pelvic Health (Physiotherapy) at the University of Melbourne and hopes to integrate this into her care in future for a holistic, whole-body approach.
Danielle transitioned to Own Body in order to work more closely with her clients and guide them to achieve their goals. She recognises the exceptional value that seeing clients in their home environment can bring, and the invaluable information from a Physiotherapist’s perspective. Danielle says she is motivated by seeing the real difference that Physiotherapy can make in people’s everyday lives since working for Own Body.
Outside of work, Danielle is a keen surfer and can always be found in, or by the ocean on the Mornington Peninsula. She loves being outdoors and going camping and is also kept exceptionally busy by her extremely energetic young puppy Finn.
